Our mission statement:

Unlocking the potential to learn, lead, believe and achieve

We are a values school and encourage children to think about the principles that guide our behaviour and thinking. Over time, we hope to see children putting all of these into practice to become well-rounded citizens and life-long learners.

We pride ourselves on being a school based upon values.

Our Values

  • Aspiration - Always aiming high
  • Ambition - Being the best we can
  • Courage - Nothing holds us back
  • Respect - Always leading by example

Children are assigned one of these values as their School House. Families are always in the same house. Small coloured tokens are earned by all children. This could be for showing kindness and manners, exceptional effort, respecting others, etc.

All coloured tokens and keys are collected in the four houses box in the library, where children keep a close eye on the house in the lead throughout the academic year.

This years half termly reward is the 'Ice cream parlour' where the winning house each half term takes part.
